Adrian joined the Ballmer Institute in November 2023 and serves as the Assistant Director of Student Services based at the University of Oregon's Eugene campus. In this role, he supports prospective and current students across both the Eugene and Portland campuses through advising, Ballmer Institute admissions, and resource navigation, helping them successfully navigate their academic and professional journeys. Adrian is committed to fostering a supportive and inclusive student experience and values building meaningful relationships that help students feel connected, empowered, and confident as they work toward their academic and professional goals.
Prior to joining the Ballmer Institute, Adrian served as the Duck Rides Shuttle Program Manager at the University of Oregon, where he led and mentored a large team of student employees while supporting campus safety initiatives. Through this student-centered transportation program, he helped advance efforts to prevent impaired driving and promote a safer environment for students, faculty, and staff. His professional experience also includes work in the nonprofit sector and K-12 education, strengthening his commitment to service, leadership, student development, and community engagement.
A proud University of Oregon alumnus, Adrian earned a bachelor's degree in Family and Human Services with a minor in Special Education from the University of Oregon. He later completed a Master of Arts in Leadership with a concentration in Higher Education from Bushnell University. Throughout his career, he has been guided by a commitment to creating inclusive environments, supporting student success, and helping individuals achieve their personal and professional goals.
Outside of work, Adrian enjoys spending time outdoors and pursuing photography. Whether on a hike or behind the camera, he values opportunities for creativity, reflection, and connection with others.
