Before joining Disability Rights Oregon in October 2023, Coleen had an extensive career as a marketing executive in the tech industry. She's a proud graduate of Partners in Policymaking, former Board Chair at FACT Oregon, and a longtime advocate for her daughter who experiences disability.

Coleen earned her bachelor's from Loyola University Chicago and her Master of Business Administration from the University of Notre Dame.
