Holle Schaper is a Data Scientist on the Program Evaluation team at the Ballmer Institute. Holle began her career at the University of Oregon’s Center on Teaching and Learning, summarizing educational assessment data for K-8 students. She spent the next 11 years at the Oregon Social Learning Center and Lighthouse Institute at Chestnut Health Systems, where she specialized in data analysis and measuring the process of implementing Evidence-Based Practices (EBPs). During that time, Holle played a key role in defining implementation processes for various EBPs, leading the development and management of the website for the Stages of Implementation Completion (R) (SIC), and helping to lead the data team. Holle enjoys collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, training and supervising junior analysts, and providing insights through the use of data analysis and visualization. She is passionate about using data for positive community impacts. Holle holds a master’s degree in Statistics from Oregon State University.
