Jamie Vandergon serves as CEO of Trillium Family Services & Executive Director of the Trillium Family Foundation. Jamie brings over 2 years of experience in behavioral health to her leadership of Oregon's largest provider of mental health services to youth and families with programs across all levels of care from community based mental health promotion to state hospital inpatient care. Over the past sixteen years, Jamie has held leadership positions within the organization and continues to grow the size and scope of Trillium's programs growing from 20M in 2007 to 63M today in services provided to Oregon youth and families.
Jamie Vandergon is a voice for strengthening behavioral health services for youth and families and is a passionate advocate for the de-stigmatization of mental health, believing that mental health is health. As such Jamie, has been recognized for her work with multiple statewide and national committees aimed at developing trauma informed infrastructure to create healthier communities and move healthcare upstream.
Jamie began her career working in community-based children's mental health programs at Johns Hopkins Hospital and initially began working for Trillium Family Services in 2002 as a school-based Child &Family Therapist. She left Trillium briefly to work with Multnomah County as a Family Care Coordinator on system wide transformation efforts and the creation of a more robust system of care. Ms. Vandergon earned her Master of Science degree in Psychology from Loyola University in Maryland and is a Licensed Professional Counselor in the State of Oregon.
