Dylan joined the Ballmer Institute in August 2022 and serves as the Executive Assistant and Office Manager. In her role, Dylan supports the day-to-day operations of the institute and provides scheduling support to the executive director. Dylan also contributes to a variety of special projects including event planning. Prior to working at the University of Oregon, Dylan held a leadership position in healthcare supporting the day-to-day operations of a medical facility. Throughout her time there she helped restructure their surgery program and helped to streamline their workflows and procedures to be both efficient and successful. Dylan has a bachelor's degree from Portland State University in Public Health, with a focus in Health Studies and Health Sciences.
