Han Padilla serves as the Policy and Advocacy Coordinator at the Ballmer Institute, where they support the Institute’s efforts to advance the Behavioral Health and Wellness Practitioner workforce model. Han coordinates stakeholder engagement and partnerships with policymakers, advocacy organizations, state agencies, and higher education leaders. With a background in university administration and community engagement, Han is passionate about building strong relationships and supporting work that expands access to behavioral health care for children and families. When they're not at work, you can find them crocheting, gardening, or teaching tricks to their cat.
