Chief Executive Officer, Self Enhancement, Inc.

Trent Aldridge is the Chief Executive Officer at Self Enhancement, Inc. (SEI), Oregon’s leading African American multi-service organization, providing thousands of youth, families, and adults with a wide array of education and social services. 

Previously serving as SEI’s Chief Program Officer, Mr. Aldridge is an expert in developing potential and is an avid supporter of innovation. In his 26 years at SEI, Mr. Aldridge’s accomplishments include leading SEI’s Pamplin Leadership Program, expanding SEI’s SUN community presence from serving four public schools to 18 campuses, and oversight of $30M+ operating budgets. Mr. Aldridge was raised in Portland, Oregon and attended Portland Public Schools, graduating from Benson High School. He went on to attend Portland State University to earn a bachelor’s degree in Communications and Black Studies. 

Mr. Aldridge is a devoted family man and tech enthusiast, who learned from his mother, a retired Portland Public Schools teacher, the importance of pouring into his community.

Mr. Aldridge has mentored hundreds of SEI students and staff, helping them realize their full potential. Many of his mentees have gone on to become leaders within SEI and in major companies and service organizations across the region.
