Madeleine joined the Ballmer Institute in September 2026 as an Assistant Clinical Professor. Madeleine earned their PhD in Clinical Psychology from Oregon Health and Science University. She completed her pre-doctoral internship through McLean Hospital/Harvard Medical School at the OCD Institute for Children and Adolescents (OCDI Jr.), and her postdoctoral residency at NW Anxiety Institute. She is a Licensed Clinical Psychologist in Oregon.
Clinically, Madeleine primarily utilizes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Exposure and Response Prevention. Madeleine has experience working in multidisciplinary treatment settings with individuals across the lifespan, particularly youth and families.
Madeleine is excited to join the team at the Ballmer Institute and help to train next generations of mental health professionals. Outside of work, Madeleine enjoys spending time with their cats, biking around Portland, and drinking matcha lattes.
